Our absolutely fantastic room was equipped with 3 separate beds and hot water for showers, as example. The location was marvellous, just off markets and transportations and train station and all the places of interest around Old Hanoi. Furthermore, to the lake as well as the ho's museum

There was a good selection of menu items to choose from for breakfast. Overall, the staff was very friendly and tried hard to please the guests, although sometimes their english was weak.
Our only complaint was that we left on two separate mornings for 2-day excursions, and the hotel didn't return our passports to us - it's a good thing we had planned on returning to that hotel regardless!

We really enjoyed our time in Hanoi Rendezvous Hotel. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a smile and our bags taken to our room. The room was clean, tidy and spacious with all applicances that you would expect from any hotel. The free breakfast was much appreciated for those on a budget. The staff were more than helpful with any questions or queries we had.
With no lift and a room on the fifth floor, it sometimes was a struggle to get back up the stairs given the humidity!

The location of the hotel was very good in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were so friendly and helpful - this really made our holiday - especially when they came to wave me off when I was leaving for the airport. I can't recommend this hotel enough as a budget hotel for value for money, cleanliness and such lovely staff.

Truly enjoyed this very good budget hotel. Good food and very nice helpful and attentive staff. - the breakfast was free and generous, with lots of food options. - the property was set in a central area very close to markets, Sapa, Halong Bay, and Hoan Kiem Lake. - It was also in the heart of the Old Quarter.

All in all everything was nice, had a fairly nice stay for another night at the end of the stay. The location was particularly good and incredible, only 5 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. What's more, it was adjacent to the police station, embassy and immigration and markets.

A welcoming, homely kind of place. Everyone is really helpful.. I'm a first time traveler so I needed it! Great breakfast to kick off the day. Big clean rooms, nice hot showers.
The first night of my stay was in a room on the road. A little noisy, but that's just Hanoi. Rooms in the back were a lot quieter.

Comfortable and large rooms, excellent free breakfast. All travel needs within the one hotel in regards to tours etc. The standout here is the staff, they will go out of their way to do anything for you. The reception girls have good english.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
